Our mission is to promote recovery by providing a safe, peer-run alternative for the purpose of socialization, self-help, advocacy, recreation, support, and education. We operate primarily during the time traditional providers of mental health services are closed, such as holidays and weekend. Our staff provides a safe haven for people, making their own lives more productive and meaningful, while enriching the lives of others.

Wellness Recovery Action Plan Groups
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a plan you create for yourself to take control of your own wellness. It is a tool to help you manage your symptoms instead of your symptoms managing you. You can learn to create your own plan in a group led by your peers. At VOCAL we train people to lead these groups all across the state.
