General Assembly Update
The senators and delegates concluded the regular work of the 2022 General Assembly.
The session is in recess while work continues toward a budget reconciliation. The two chambers (House of Delegates and Senate) were unable to agree on a budget for this year during the regular session, which sent the bills to conference, where there are ongoing discussions to finalize the priorities in each chamber.
